STAGE 1 - REFLEX + BALANCE
This is the very first stage - suitable for kids under the age of 11 years old- this is a 10 week course working with the children to pass the above checklist- Some kids take a little longer than others to Ace the course and its pivotal the kids can pass all challenges before they can pass stage 1- The best part about this course is that is that we are developing important skills that kids can take into all sports in the future - increasing balance , timing, decision making whilst also covering the very basics of table tennis . The stage 1 Reflex and balance course is aimed to sharpen their motor skills and train the kids mind to focus and watch the ball whilst making accurate decisions - important attributes all kids should learn.
